Our leadership is enthusiastic, committed, and always determined to ensure the highest level of professionalism in the workplace. We pride ourselves on our strengths in project management and in motivating fellow team members in assigned tasks.

We maintain experience in healthcare assistance and possess a thorough knowledge of residential care, home care, companionship, and personal assistant care, including good practice and health and safety standards. We are experienced in caring for adults and the elderly, as well as those with special care requirements, administering medication, meal preparation and record keeping.

We possess a thorough knowledge of national care standards and how these apply to different categories of people in care. With the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, we are also effective at planning, able to anticipate problems, identify potential pitfalls and act swiftly to prevent them from occurring.

To ensure this, we have applied internal Quality Assurance Systems that are constantly improved throughout our thorough hiring process. It is of paramount importance to us that our staff are compliant.

All candidates we screen attend an in-person interview with our recruitment specialist. Only those with adequate care experience, local knowledge, determination, and awareness are hired. We hand-pick our staff to match them to the services they provide. Our team possess the necessary qualifications and experience, with most of them having achieved QCF Level 2 or 3.

Our candidates are subject to thorough Disclosure Barring Services (DBS), POCA, SOVA, work history, experience, and qualification checks. We also verify references and health declarations to understand who is capable of what and to what level of competence. We regularly assess ongoing training needs to ensure a high level of service.
